nxtrole provides AI-assisted tools for job analysis, resume tailoring, interview preparation, cover letter drafting, and application tracking. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, cover letters, and other content you add to nxtrole. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the product for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use nxtrole to violate the law, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, upload content you do not have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
AI-generated output
nxtrole generates suggestions using AI models. Output can contain mistakes or omissions. Review anything you submit to employers - you are responsible for the final materials you send.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nxtrole is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using nxtrole and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
